I've just joined this and tbh OP you don't make a lot of sense. OP why dont you start again and use bullets to define each important fact in one post (preferably in chronological order too).
Try to stick to the facts of what did and didn't happen rather than adding personal feelings and drivel (sorry no other word for it really) in between as this just makes reading your post a lot more laboured and hard to understand correctly.
I think this way is the only way you can put your point across that you seem to have been unable to do so far that we are apparently missing (i certainly cant see it). TBH I don't think British Gas will have understood you either if you wrote two "essays" to them.Back by no demand whatsoever.0 -
I don't think OP has a leg to stand on.
She didnt cancel agreement so it remained active. As she didnt ask for any service there was no decline from BG to supply it and they will argue they would have repaired it.
Furthermore the OP allowed inspection on the system.
Why would they do this of a cancelled agreement. Imo £50 and a transfer of agreement to the new system is more than fair.0
