They searched Call Credit and Experian then? Is that confirmation?
You have a full bank account, not basic! It is like my HSBC PLus - a full account, no more sub-prime lol - well done you:T :T

I just applied as well - it gave me a ref number, and told me to check online messages periodically..... is this normal?

yes i got an 'online' message but because i forgot my customer ref number by not noting it down i phoned through the next day and they said it was reffered because apparently i applied in late evening so thats normal.
after that they rang me back saying i'm accepted and to give h=them id signed by a professional, an account certified it for me for a fiver lolShe LEFT me, she LIED, and she made me foot the BILL ! :mad:0 -

Nice one thanks mate - so did they email you? I can't log-in, it asks for customer number which I don't have (of course) lol.... I have the reference number that looks like: N8566987472010 - year of the troll

yes they emailed me saying go to their website to read message, i'm quite thick tbh and never noted any numbers so couldn't access it, so i phoned in personally, i'm persistent lol.
