well you need to define a price you want and willing to spend the differance is the dual channel wifi so if you are running multiple wifi then is good if you never going to need it then would be a waste.

also in relation isp talktalk are of the one worst isps out there they traffic manage and limit the speed of your line not to mention the traffic shaping of certain protocols. i would strongly suggest moving isp to someone like bethere.co.uk or o2.co.uk broadband or even sky btw these all give you a free wifi modem router all use netgear just rebadge it as there own.

ok thanks and I'm stuck in my contract with talk talk, and I've never had a problem with them. Anyway my price guide would be no more than £90, I know the link I gave was at £92 but it's just the £2 difference, anyway thats my price defined. I'm so sorry to drag this on you guys and now I'm just stuck between the two, which one is the dual channel?

I think the first link I gave doesn't have a modem built in, so maybe thats the difference, but which one is the dual channel one?

well to be honest sort of a waste of money all round really no point in buying a decent modem/router to give decent speeds if you isp limits you i would stick with what you have got till your contract runs out if i was in your shoes as i just think you are throwing good money after bad.

When does your contract end, is it soon or is it say 8 months away, if its a long time then id get a router thats cheaper

I think it's about october/november time that it runs out. But could you tell me which one is the dual channel one as I can't see it written anywhere?

ok so it was the second link which is the dual band one, the maplin one, it's just too expensive. I think I am liking the third link that I gave, what do you think?
