I was altering the title to try to not upset you any further but you just seem intent on an argument, I even sent you a pm saying that i was sorry if i upset you and explained the full story ..but you just want an argument
Do you go up to people in pubs and just start arguing too? or is it just on the internet? what I am saying is Are you chav or just a troll?
please take your butt hurt to another thread and argue with someone who wants an argument I am trying to find out whether anyone at all has ever got teh £120 cashback from SKY since March of last year because if not then there is a lot of money missing somewhere...or is it just me?
Martin Lewis has put his good name to a dal by Quidco and Sky and in good faith I hasten to add, Martins name is a strong USP for any product and he has saved me thousands of pounds and really is the peoples champion but if SKY or QUIDCO are exploiting that good name, I am for one am incensed
I can not find a single person that has received the £120 quidco/sky cashback tht applied since last march...if that was a 1,000 people who signed up in that time, there is £120,000 owed somewhere, its not a trivial matter, if there are only 100 people waiting its still £12,000 rattling around somewhere0 -
No I don't want an argument. You just cannot keep on changing this thread title every time you come on here. That's the 4th time you have changed it to my knowledge. I replied based on the first title of the thread.
Jules has said she's not going to reply to this thread yet you are still asking her questions here. She's asked you to use the referral thread. Have you done so?0 -
I've just recently upgraded my broadband with Sky online through Quidco so it'll be interesting to see if it is Sky that are dragging their feet on paying out........What if the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about !!!0

I changed it because you said it was wrong and the re changed it ten minutes later, because i thought " oh no that fussy bloke will find fault with that too" thats twice i changed the original title ..I am really pleased you dont want an argument , so thank you for your advice, but if you read my post i have asked QUIDCO about 14 times now, they keep saying ask here, ask there, then tell me to reply on my account BUT they put the ticket on hold so I couldnt, its like playing peek a boo, or hunting the scarlet pimpernel, I will keep trying to contact them, the fact is after 11 months of getting nowhere, one post on here and "co-incidentally", i am assured..my wife got her £70 co op received but not in her account yet and at the same time "co incidentally" I have had my ticket put on hold and then yesterday "SKY DECLINED appeared on my quidco account but Jules today said publicly thats not the case, if i was cynical I would say they were playing games or someone more junior than Jules has made a mistake or i dont know what...i am not just going to roll over though as I do believe I have a query that needs answering, I am just considering my next action if i get no reply, anyones advice on that would be grateful....but that will be a future thread.....hopefully i wont have to! and I promise Gordikin, I will think about the title and leave it the same ...no hard feelings eh? can we be fwiends ? :beer:0 -

oh gawd, dont hold ya breath!
I do hope its quicker than the year i have waited so far....If i die before they pay out...can i leave it in my estate to the dogs home?0 -
I think there can be issues with getting payment for transactions via Quidco.
I'm not sure whose fault it is, but it can be frustrating; I've been waiting 6 months for cashback on a transaction.
I understand that Quidco aren't going to pay out til they get the money (fair enough), but you have to have faith in the system to be able to use it.
I have made contact over my transactions, so this is rather more a supportive note to the OP than a request for help.0 -
My fiance purchased his car insurance via quidoco with co-op motor insurance. March 2009. £75 cash back for for a valid policy by a new customer.
He further purchased a policy for myself in August 2009, again with the Co-op motor insurance on his quidco account. £54 cash back. We didn't see the point signing into my account to do the cash back, assuming, me, his other half car policy would still be classed as a new customer with the co-op.
Submitted a ticket regarding the two policies, pointing out my account name also, and have had a response referring to the £54 cash back.bam bam bammy Shore by The Revellers...do do de de do.0 -
I have since opened a new query with quidco...and asked for it to be put through to Julie Wells the quidco quality manager who replied on this website...and true to her word she has personally explained that there was a "bug" which caused SKY DECLINED to appear on my account just after my query was put on hold...and yes I can just open a new thread/question to her on quidco without disrupting the other one...so I have to take her at face value as she has again re-iterated her promise to personally chase SKY..so I cant ask for more than that..its nice to know that someone is listening.
It doesnt appear that QUIDCO are going bankrupt or acting immorally....just being caused problems by "bugs"...I hope they swat their bugs and that normal service will be resumed and I am quietly confident that i am no longer in a stalemate situation as Julie Wells has given me her promise and you cant really ask for more when you have been frustrated by systems and processes for a year
so thanks again Julie Wells...hopefully I will be typing thank you QUIDCO soon too...it seems SKY are the guilty party(suprise suprise)
and a huge thank you to all the MSE memebers who have offered help and suggestions
and not only that, I thought i would go on the techie thread and try to help out a bit but while i was on there someone solved a problem for me, that helped my littluns have a laugh.....so this is a great site, it really is x0 -
But why did you not take 2 mins originally to stop and think before you accused quidco of going bankrupt, acting immorally...strangely.... changing your thread titles etc etc etc...WHY!0
