QUIDCO! Has anyone EVER got their SKY £120 in the last year?

I placed a thread stating that quidco dont pay big amounts and asked if they were going bankrupt and was contacted by a julie wells of QUIDCO on the forums who said she would sort it out....since then my thread was closed although my query is still open! but that could be a misunderstanding by the MSE mod.

Now my query with quidco has been "put on hold" and i have one message that contradicts that message saying 21st jan 2010 SKY declined

Quite frankly..it stinks...this is not the way a respectable business should be behaving...has anyone else been messed about by SKY and QUIDCO like this, its is nearly a year now, I have sent over a dozen queries to QUIDCO and get standard replies, some I am sure are copied and pasted!!

I signed up with SKY after money saving expert said what a great deal it was..£120 for signing up via QUIDCO but now I just am sorry I ever signed up, at least the year I signed up for is nearly upon us, I might just cancel the lot and buy a freesat or or other satellite system, unfortunately I am still left feeling as though QUIDCO dont really give a damn and maybe they are just getting refferal money from SKY for promising £120 that they wont pay out

Please let me know if you are also suffering from this..if there is enough of us, maybe Martin Lewis could make a point of it in his email as there is potentially loads of people being "suckered" by this bogus deal

I've no problem with quidco...100% payout..occasaional delay, but that's life!

Oh and you talked tripe when you suggested quidco were going bankrupt. Now you are suggesting they are acting immorally..which is even more tripe...why?

The OP has a valid question to ask here - Quidco promised to solve the issue yet failed. I have no idea nor care whether they are going bankrupt but surely they should have sorted the OP out by now.

I note that you do not mention having a Sky payout from quidco among your 100% payout.

If you had you would have mentioned it, something like "100% payout, including Sky", but you didn't.

Don't bother telling us your payout includes Sky now, because you've missed your chance to be believable.

I must admit I had forgotton about a transaction that was outstanding since Sept and contacted them yesterday about it.

They replied today saying that it had been be paid and has today appeared in my account, ready to be paid at the end of the month.

Don't know if this is coincidence or what - don't really care tbh so long as I get my money!

Have had good service from Quidco in all the years I've been with them so OP it might be that you've just been unlucky?

If you read his/her post properly you'll find that the very first sentence indicates that he/she has been in contact with Julie.

He/she has also sent "over a dozen queries to QUIDCO", what more do you suggest?

ye quidco seem a bit lazy to me these days. i've £50 from phones for u outstanding for a year, raised a question which i got vague answer for, then they closed the enquiry and i can't seem to re open a new enquiry to see whats happening, very handy eh!!. £100 outstanding from 02 not as long tho. i had £40 from morethan that took 2 years!!!did get it tho.
i'd say the timetables they give are absolute nonsense or i just seem to be unfortunate with every transaction i've done with them.
we'll see if they pay up, probably long after i've forgotten about them and well outside the time they advise.

in fact what's this julies email? maybe she could sort my queries out as direct to quidco seems useless.
