QUIDCO! Has anyone EVER got their SKY £120 in the last year?

    I note that you do not mention having a Sky payout from quidco among your 100% payout.

    If you had you would have mentioned it, something like "100% payout, including Sky", but you didn't.

    Don't bother telling us your payout includes Sky now, because you've missed your chance to be believable.

    No Sky at all....maybe that's the reason I've had no problems...maybe Quidco are not the problem then, it's perhaps Sky who are the problem?

    Nope...neither question was asked. The only question that maybe was asked was in the title ie:-Quidco acting immorally?The answer to that for me is... 'no they never have'.

    I agree that Quidco are being lazy of late.
    I've had genuine transactions declined by merchants and Quidco do not help fight my corner at all - they just reply with cut'n'paste standard answers and close tickets.

    That's why I now use other cashback sites.
    Some days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree! :D

    Always found Topcashback much more helpful when things don't track, and at least they dont take a fiver from you either.
    No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one! :mad:

  • I had a £70 transaction with Aviva and Quidco declined last February (2009). According to Quidco, it was attributed to another site and that was why I wasn't paid. There is no possible way that it could have been attributed to another site. Still feel really cross about it as there is no redress.

    and as for answering the peson who accuses me of talking tripe....if you do work for Quidco could you ask them to sort out the £120 from last march please.....or at least explain the contradicting statements i have from them

    I feel sorry for the people that took out SKY in the hope and a very good hope of £120...now people may say, you should see it as a bonus etc, but £120 is bit more than a bonus, it is in many cases a deciding factor....

    I have 2 questions
    1. will I ever get the sky payout?
    2. Has anyone got a payout from last march onwards?

    thank you to all the people that understand and to the ones who just want to disrupt , please go somewhere else and find someone to argue with, thank you, i dont want a personal argument with anyone, i am just asking a valid question and trying to find out if there are hundreds of people waiting for SKY payouts

    I only usually post on our official thread but I will post once on here to address a couple of issues.

    My name is Julie Wells and I am Quidco's Quality Manager. I have responded at length to surfer_blue via ticket and I feel I have explained the situation fully and openly. We are chasing payment from Sky and when we receive it, it will be passed on, as with all other payments from all other retailers to our members. So I am puzzled as to why this thread has now been created. Maybe I have missed the actual question? Or has something else now arisen? Please respond on the same ticket if you want me to help you.

    Those of you who wish to complain, you will find our complaints procedure outlined in our help pages and you are welcome to contact me through this channel if you have an official complaint about not being helped through the normal channels.

    As regards standard responses, of course Quidco, like other companies, do have to use these in certain circumstances when dealing with tickets. As we are constantly chasing up your validations and payments and hurrying the process along for you, we know at what stage your purchase is at, even if we cannot give firm payment dates etc., so our responses are always well written and factual. We would not use a standard response where unappropriate to do so but our aim is to respond to your queries as quickly as possible.

    I will not post on here again so please use the Quidco referral thread for future posts if you wish me to comment. I am always happy to address any concerns you have.

    Yes Julie I did receive your long email message on Quidco, which i thank you for again, explaining that Quidco do not have any money problems and that you would chase SKY up that was on the 5th feb 2010,but then I found my "ticket " was put on hold until march 2010, which again is fair enough, lets give it another month I thought, making it a year, hopefully that will sort it out
    BUT..I logged into Quidco yesterday and lo and behold I now see "SKY DECLINED ON 25th JANUARY 2010" this has been added AFTER the 5TH FEBRUARY 2010..when you said you would look into it..hopefully its just an admin error on your behalf or has it now been declined?

    Please can you look into this, it is all getting very confusing and stressful, I cannot message you without starting another ticket and I dont want to confuse things anymore

    Or should I start another ticket OR has it been declined again OR is it as you last said to me "wait until march" and then we see where we are then?

    You said above "Please respond on the same ticket if you want me to help you."" BUT I CANNOT REPLY ON THE ORIGINAL TICKET AS IT HAS BEEN PUT ON HOLD, SO I AM JUST CONFUSED AS TO WHAT I SHOULD DO AS THERE ARE CONTRADICTORY MESSAGES ON MY ACCOUNT AT QUIDCO...please see above

    Has anyone been paid since March last year? or are there hundreds of people all waiting for £120?

    If so, wouldnt you say this is a huge problem?

    I have not had anyone say they have received a payment from QUIDCO/SKY taken out from march last year but have had a few say that they have not
