Nochex and eBay

Is it correct that Nochex is not permitted on eBay? I've seen many sellers offering Nochex and always thought that it was allowed. edit: I think I've found the answer by reading a thread further down the page.

I dont think they have a clue what they are doing. They should realize that it probably wouldnt have worked out in the long run as it would have been a case of anti-competiton and secondly more likey lose more paypal users then gain from nochex which isnt popular just yet.
