I think getting confuse over the Nochex .com not the .uk site to me .uk is ok to use "not limited to, services such as PayPal, Nochex, FastPay or Moneybookers." don't say any thing about the UK version site or hole company?. To me I can still use Nochex!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! great!!!. :j
Nice try, but it's impossible to use nochex.co.uk without using nochex.com. Go to the .co.uk site and look at all the links.
    Can I help?

To me, if it says 'Nochex', they mean nochex.co.uk, nochex.com, nochex.whatever!

The sooner Google set up an auction site the better.

It's really rather disquieting to see everybody just knuckling under as these slimeballs at fleabay blatantly act to eradicate any competition to their own overpriced service.

If only there weren't so many sheep who will just let themselves be led by the nose and do fleabay's bidding, but I suppose viable competion must come first.

Why are eBay forcing people to use paypal?

    Probably because ebay own Paypal?

    UPDATE:

eBay appear to have changed their minds (no I din't think it could happen either)

if you look at the link to the accepted payemnt policy (above) you will see that (at least for the moment) Nochex is allowed again!

Which begs the question has it really suddenly become safe? or have eBay been caught out in that customers have seen behind the sham that the safe payments policy has become (ie an attempt to make Paypal THE only payment method)

Yes, there has been a definite U-turn by eBay on this one. See this article in The Register for more details.
Alarming showing of common sense ;)

Thats a relief, mind you i sent ebay an email this morning complaining :D I mean even if they ban Nochex, you can still say in your listing that Nochex is accepted, you just have to give them your Nochex address once the winning bidder contact you.

So Nochex is now suddenly permitted again. How can eBay ban it one week and then allow it the next. eBay don't even seem to announce these changes properly, they just make slight changes to various pages as and when they please.
