    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    I'm back!! I've been up mums got 3 black bags of food no good from her freezer some dating back to 2002!!!!! the freezeris looking very empty now so need to take her shopping :)

    Never got to bank either

    its been snowing on and off all day here, not enough to stick though, and my clothes still dried on the line :)

    I just did something very MSE geek...I made a spreadsheet that basically says what my bank statement should say. I think I'm slowly getting the hang of monitoring money. Next step will be a spending diary and budgeting. Baby steps though, I'll see how I go with this and my two spreadsheets for wages (one for each job) and the rest can wait until if (when??? my fingers are crossed) we get our house.

    Gemmzie - why are you concerned by spic and span?? I dont understand <confused>
