    Hello all, good news. AA credit cards agreed an interest and charges refund on the phone last week , after I had written to them. We agreed on approx £320.
    Got the letter today and after re-investigation its £505:D. They 'couldnt uphold my complaint' but thats no prob as I didn't complain...I just asked, nicely, for a refund.:T

    Well done Bunny, dont write me off for your Party yet! Just waiting for you to ring with good news on YOUR PPI now;)
