Wow! You have done an amazing thing! I know you said you have other
debts to pay also, but the mortgage is the big one, and with that out of the way the others should be easy!!
I just did a mortgage repayment calculator, and might be able to pay off in 12-14 years rather than 25...am pretty excited about that!!
