Wow, suddenly now were on the home stretch things are getting easier. We have just paid off £4260 as today is payday and at least some of my overtime has come through as well, i have no idea how to check the figures really hope my payslip makes it clearer.

We are starting to look forward to it now, this payday did come around quickly. We have both booked the day off work as well so I think we will be paying off the mortgage then having lunch out on tuesday 28th august! I need to look into what we need to do regarding the bank, book appt?? let them know etc as I guess we will need to pay our daily interest we would have accumulated also

Anyway my estimates now are 1st may £17250, 1st june £12750, 1st july £8250, 1st august £3750, 28th august £0, then we can start hitting the interest free cards, just in time!!

got a shop coming today about £40 i think online shipping is better for me as i don't buy things unnecessarily, intact if anything i keep forgetting stuff!!
Mortgage November 2003 was £135k, but thanks to this website on 28/08/12 we became MORTGAGE FREE!
Now just over 2 years we have taken on the challenge again! )(starting £237k Nov 2014) Current mortgage £232,399.82, current overpayment total £1550, years remaining= 17

I'm not surprised you are getting excited - that is really close. Great to be planning a lunch out after the bank. I think if you call the bank and tell them date that you want to pay off the balance when you have made the last payment before the end they will prepare a redemption value for you so that you know in advance how much exactly you have to pay off.

Well done - I must go and read the rest of your thread to see how you've done it. :T

Well I have just received £10 from valued opinions in vouchers and £5from wonder bug. only you gov and one poll now and the former will definitely take a while (especially as all the available surveys won't let me enter them!!)!!

We have been carrying on with our online shopping, this week £50, for the moment its the way its going to be with rushing around all the time I really don't want to be shopping in the small amount of free time I get!

My daughter had a fairy photoshoot at preschool the other day, I am intrigued to see the results tho less so the price tags i would say!!

http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B004RAR4X0/ref=asc_df_B004RAR4X07837690?smid=A3GVGJWB52JIFL&!!!!!hydra0b-21&linkCode=asn&creative=22218&creativeASIN=B004RAR4X0&hvpos=1o2&hvexid=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=1623215873899108595&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt= bought this the other day, so naughty but very cute...it had 20% off hence the justification, still not very MSE

Also not very MSE was the free grand design vouchers which although were free opened up a whole world of spending, we did resist but lets just say the mind is buzzing.

I'm at a good point in my rota whereby i finish tuesday morning until monday morning.... then the month comes round really quickly again, looking forward to the next update as it will be the last in 4 figures!!! amazing

Not much more to say, building is still ongoing, and will be for a while!!!
