I'm glad to hear you are spending more time with your daughter but it's a shame you are spending less time with DH.
Are you changing from Sky to something else? We've never had sky; when living with our families we found we spent more time flicking over channels than watching the programmes so we really do not feel like we are missing out. Although I do miss the shows sky 'steal' from normal TV.Pots: House £6966/£7100, Rainy day Complete, [STRIKE]Sunny day £0/£700[/STRIKE], IVF £2523/£2523, Car up-keep £135/£135, New car £5000/£5000, Holiday £1000/£1000, MFW #16 £2077/£3120

tbh we only got it because our tv reception is very very poor to the extent we had to run about 3 boosters and we started losing channels all together, we are not in a free view area either- must be one of the very few places in the uk!! my sister used to live about 10 doors up and got great free view... we chose sky really to save having a satellite fitted for the digital switch over and intended to cancel it after 12months....but they offered us an offer so we stayed for another 6. i do like it but we really only watch gold and i have every copy of only fools and horses anyway. the sky+ is handy but i rarely watch what i tape and i use the catchups online if i need to. the main thing we liked was the 'hd' channels, but some were better than others, i often forgot to put it on hd but my husband did use to remember. my husband said he doesn't care, but if he does want it back where he's at home without me now thats fine but he says he's only really interested in sport which we've never had. my sis has everything and she pays £80 a month, seriously id never pay that, i hardly have time to watch everything i want anyway... I think if u can live without it thats good because when lots of people get it they then can't be without it
PAYDAY. new job-paid, extra work over xmas-not paid so will have to contact them today. I thought I might have got more than I did for my new job, about 80 less than i thought, maybe this is emergency tax?? maybe the salary calculator is wrong or some bonus doesn't kick in yet etc i don't know.... so current balance is £33330, was going for all the 3's but miscalculated and went past it!!!Mortgage November 2003 was £135k, but thanks to this website on 28/08/12 we became MORTGAGE FREE!

£1050 paid off, combo of extra shift over xmas money, CB and the £100 from my nan. It seems that the amount I guessed I'd get paid wasn't quite right, its was somewhere in-between 2 figures I had...similarly my main new salary was a bit less than I thought but it doesn't seem like I had emergency tax, so maybe the online salary calculator isn't quite right? anyway its all good. I really enjoyed my job yesterday
. Main payment comes out tomorrow its getting rather exciting!:j:j:j

Yeah we managed to book an island called mirihi (http://www.mirihi.com/), its was hard to book as the major travel companies don't book children there so it was going to be booking direct with the island but we managed to find an independent tour operator that was cheaper. We also have 3 nights in dubai on the way back. very excited as it will definitely be a once off. i know all of a sudden it seems to be going quicker. can't stop watch videos on youtube about it, nice feeling to have something that has been so distant getting closer!Mortgage November 2003 was £135k, but thanks to this website on 28/08/12 we became MORTGAGE FREE!
