Well given I can now see the screenshot I'd be tempted to uninstall the audio codecs again from the device manager...
It's possible your PC installed generic ones when first loaded.
Look for audio codecs in device manager and right click > uninstall then reboot. Also expand sound and uninstall anything in there. Windows should pick it up on reboot
