(((HUGS)))
Life really can throw it all at us sometimes can't it!
If I were you I'd keep going for the baby. If it did happen in the next few months you'd still be able to get Maternity Allowance which, looking at your current wage, should come in at £123 a week. I know it's not as much as you're used to but it's stilll something. And you'd be amazed what tax credits will dish out too. I know people have trouble with them sometimes but they literally saved me and DH from going under when he was made redundant.
I'm sure things seem bleak at the moment but once you know for certain about the job and you can gather all your information tgether in one place you'll feel back in control and suddenly everything will seem rosier. But for the time being have a ((((HUGE HUG)))

Big Hug.
Wishing you all the very best.
If you want to check out what benefits you would be entitled to with a baby, you might be surprised. I so hoipe you have a baby. To me that is more important than money. (I'm 35 and also trying.)
Plus if you got a new job, I think you don't neeed to be working very long at all to get maternity rights...
But the main thing is, you are dealing with this, you are not hiding your head in the sand and it is not your fault. I think the AA have a saying, this too will pass.
All I am really trying to say is I wish you the very best. Please don't feel alone.0 -
hey hun big hugs from me also
do not dispair there is always a answer and a way through, tax credits can make a huge difference i have a family of 5 (me the wife 2 teenagers + a baby (19 months now scary how time flys)) and i am the only one who works on a wage of about £21000 with debts over £40000 + my mortgage and i still manage to slog through each month
anyways as someone else has said if you can post your SOA up here we could have a look through it and see if we can spot things which could save you money
HUGSDrop a brand challenge
on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)0 -

You only need to have worked a couple of weeks with a new employer before you'll qualify for SMP if you become pregnant. Just Google Statutory Maternity Pay.0
