Do it! They're great, I love mine so much, it's easy to clean, almost impossible to burn stuff (note to self: make sure you turn it 'off' instead of to 'high' for another 12 hours). Lou, how did you do your thai curry, I did a green curry a while back and it was lush, but I used a pre prepared kit for the herbs and spices and stuff.

    .

Ames it was really easy, I got a jar of red curry paste from Asda (they do red and green I love both) I chopped up 1 onion, 1 red pepper and the meat and put in slow cooker then poured over a tin of coconut milk (I use the lower fat version) then mix in a tablespoon of the thai red curry paste.

Thats it basically, stuck the lid on the slow cooker and left it.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
