    well i have been selling my jewellery today didn't do too bad either! got my bus fare for buny party but didn't quite make the room money :( so looks like i'm staying here

    It's funny about houses. I've lived here for just over three and a half years, which is the longest I've lived anywhere in the last 10 years. It's only in the last couple of months I've started to think of it as 'home' and realise that I am here to stay, so might as well make the effort with furniture and decoration and stuff.

    LMC, it's Economics and Economic Change. The other problem is that it seems a bit out of date - they're using figures on the economy from 2001, and obviously the % of online sales and things will be much different now. The politics one I love the work, it's just the format I hate.

    Spud, it's no problem at all.

    I'm watching Quantum of Solace, wonder if there's any 'speedo' scenes like in the last one. And I've just ordered takeaway (chicken enchilada thingy), cos I'm really tired after today.

    Ames - good luck. You will be fine. I know what you mean about some of the data being different to now.

    I found a good economic dictionary was very good investment!

    I've lived here 25 years, apart from 2 years where I moved out. I'm not bothered about it to be honest. I love the area, and the size of the house, but the actual house doesnt bother me one way or the other :cool:
