Do it! They're great, I love mine so much, it's easy to clean, almost impossible to burn stuff (note to self: make sure you turn it 'off' instead of to 'high' for another 12 hours). Lou, how did you do your thai curry, I did a green curry a while back and it was lush, but I used a pre prepared kit for the herbs and spices and stuff.hello to all not spoken for a while..but i had to tell you al
i am no longer a member of the great unwashed, had an interview on friday, they just called to offer me the job, and are sending the confirmation letter tomorrow, and i will be shadowing until my crb check comes through. woohoo
Yay, well done!I've added you Lizzie and sent friend suggestions to quite a few other people from here - not sure if the suggestion goes to you or to them, but if you have a look through my friends, you might recognise a few others from here if you want to start adding people.
I think I'm one, I'll add you next time I go on FB, which'll be after I've finished checking DFW.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -

It's not stopped chucking rubbish at me for 12 years - which coincidentally is when I became involved with the church. I know I am being selfish and paranoid but I have got to the stage that I duck if anything good happens to me 'cos I know from experience that rubbish will follow. I am just glad it is this following my new job rather than anything happening to my family - DD2 is due next week remember.
However I am a miserable cow and I only wish I had your courage and fortitude Pooky. You are an inspiration to us all.
Anyway - I don't want to talk about it tonight.
What's on tv?
I think we all have carp things happen in our lives Bookie, its how we choose to deal with them and remember and live for the good things. Dwelling on the bad, doesn't help or make life better it just clogs you down. I could seriously write a list longer than my arm of awful things from the last 10 years from death, sexual abuse, forced sale of house, redundancy, redundancy, affairs, family falls outs...but I TRY (yes I know im a miserable cow at times too) to think about all the wonderful things that have happened too. Birth of my daughter (who is my life) opportunity to experience new things, meet new people, move house.
I truely hope that things work in your favour and you are able to start afresh and that good things keep coming your wayI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
