Feeling very "meh" at the moment, which I'll snap out of soon enough.

I like the new FB layout (sorry ) - I just think it's more flexible once you get the hang of it.

Couple of tips that I've posted on there:

At the top of your news feed, there are two options (to the top right-ish), 'Top News' and 'Most Recent' - if you click 'Most Recent', it shows you everything in date order starting with the most recent at the top.

Also, if you are seeing things on your news feed you don't want to see (ie endless Farmville updates* and Bejewelled scores), hover your mouse at the side, and it will show you a 'Hide' button. When you click on this, it will give you the option to hide all Farmville updates, or all updates from that particular person (*much as I love you Farmville people, there are hundreds of updates a day!).

I hide all the app stuff, which leaves me with mainly status updates on my news feed, which are the things I like to keep up with.
