I've been sent the black mobile by mistake will it still be worth £60 at Tesco? For thousands of people this Christmas, their must-have gift is far more vital than the latest gadget or toy – it’s blood. Please don’t let the festivities and cold weather prevent you from giving them the ultimate gift… give blood.0

I know I am being thick, but for the life of me, I can't work out how to put the sim in the wretched phone. Please can someone help me (DS and DD are at uni and can't help)!
I have put one sim in an old unlocked nokia and sent a text to activate it, but so far no money.
The instructions are a bit naff! You slide it under the bar that goes across the indentation the shape of the sim. It goes gold side down with the straight edge at the top and the cut off corner bottom right (if that makes any sense whatsoever!)0 -
Sorry to veer off on a slight tangent, but spotted this on their site:A £5.50 handling charge will be made to return your phone once received.
Is this only if they have to return your phone back to you if there is a problem?Everybody dies, but not everyone truly lives0 -

Yes, think so!
There can be many reasons, I think it mentions them in the T&C. For example the phone is different to one you registered and therefore less money, things like that,............... Have you ever wondered what

I just put the Virgin sim in a phone, phoned 789, and activated the sim. The balance is £10 plus 300 texts.
Using the Vodafone sim, I tried texting activate 9770 late yesterday, but so far, no credit. I then tried another Vodafone sim, phoned 17298 to register (was not charged) and then tried various options, and then the balance was £10.0 -
