Online v5 is a 2 tier tariff, with no standing charges.

Thanks Dave save, thought I was going to be in for a nasty surprise for a minute!

I'm on the same version, and switched in October. I've had one gas bill, which was wrong in that they used a higher tariff. Then they sent another which was reduced. I've had no electricity bill as yet.

I'm confused now? I've never seen that leaflet before, it wasn't sent to me when I switched?

That leaflet is for the online saver, I'm on the online tariff V5 aren't they different tariffs?

Don't forget that you will also get a quarterly dual fuel discount of £8.40. But there is a standing charge on that tariff.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

Thanks macman, nothing is ever straight forward when it comes to gas/electric! I guess I will have to wait for my bill to see what I owe, at least i have a rough idea!!

I just called EDF and I'm on Online Tariff V5. It does seem to be a different tariff to the online saver 5!

Just to clarify. The Online Dual Fuel Version 5 is a 2 tier tariff, with no standing charge, and that's the one you must be on I presume.

The later Online Saver Version 5 is a different tariff. That one may have a daily standing charge.

I'm not really sure now! I may have to call EDF tomorrow to clarify. I don't think that PDF link posted earlier relates to my tariff as it states that you have to pay a early termination fee, I know my tariff doesn't carry an early termination fee.

I have searched on the EDF web-site but I can't find any info on my tariff, I think they must only show the current tariffs available.

I'm even more confused than when I started the thread, why do they have so many flippin tariffs with different conditions!!
