Hi, I only actually went to place a 2nd order due to the fact that i never received a confirmation email - It's because i placed an order last night and re-submitted another this morning.

People are still managing to successfully process an order so my advice is keep trying. I'm sure there will be more than one processor approving and releasing the orders, i just rang to ask why my order hadn't gone through originally, and she had said that on their system it flagged up a misprice and therefore for those that recieve a successful confirmation email then they may get lucky!

I have only just ordered it this morning, (didnt have my card with me yesterday) I added it to my account but not had an email yet to confirm, doubt they will honour it but its worth a try!

I just got the confirmation email stating phone out of stock but still shows delivery, doesn't say anything about calling. If they do take the £1 for delivery don't we have some kind of binding contract with them, do we have any rights? Thanks for posting though was worth a try

The phone that it worked with is not on their site now, just the one that comes with speakers and a £15 tariff (plus the phone is £199)

hi,

I rang them this morning and they have said that their system flagged up the error this morning which is why a lot of the orders are being told that they wont go through.

Really annoying!!!
