    try add some accessory on the page after you have selected the plan, then proceed checkout WITH the accessory. It will take you to the personal information page where you can click "previous" and remove the unwanted accessory and click "next" to proceed with the order.... It's a trial and error so good luck!

    it did take me 5 mins to get the final confirmation page and i have added this new mobile number to my existing orange account so I skipped all the direct debit thing....
