Hey Helen, Good Luck, let us know if you receive it.

I have just rang Orange because i was getting declined due to a low credit rating. However i thought this was strange as i have never defaulted on any payments and dont have any debt! It's because i've placed too many orders in a short space of time it puts a block on the acc.

She managed to pull the order up that i placed last night and the error i mentioned previously that stated 'here is your order number, it's not quite complete, give us a call......' is becuase the offer shouldn't be there and all orders placed for the satio on the £5 will most definitely be stopped and delivery refunds will be refunded within 10-14 days.

I hope you receive your phone, as i will ring them back and have a little rant

My colleague has just attempted to place an order and he has had a successful confirmation like Helen.... Peeps, keep trying!

Quick update just had phone call was error on the website and orange will not be honouring this tarrif with that phone,
The five pound tarrif is for the 2310 phone only.
Sorry peeps looks like we won't get a phone afterall, I'm with them anyway as got blackberry but was going to add to mine for my son.

has the OP received the phone when he ordered? Also the person who ordered more than one could have ruined it for everyone. Putting multiple order just brings up suspicion to the company which may result to people who ordered not getting theres.......
