Clapped out van parked up on our street

We have a clapped out van parked up on our street. It's been though the wars, is rusty and sitting with fully deflated tyres on its rims. It's locked and parked "legally" (technically the wrong way round, but no one cares or knows this any longer). It's been there for four months. it does not belong to anyone around here.…

I'm kind of inclined to say the same thing.

I have a "tatty" car myself as I can't afford anything better at the moment. I have had a little bit of flack from the BMW and Merc owning neighbours.

Now, if they wanted to club together or give me one of their cars then I'd gladly drive the same!
