Ive had a useless day today, I've had to search the house high and low for 2, yes 2, missing puffers - DD has lost them both. I have turned the place upside down looking but can't find them so its off to the Docs tomorrow for a repeat prescription Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr I also had to put loads of CD's onto the computer so that I can transfer them onto her MP3 player she got for Xmas and then I've had to help her pack her suitcase for a 3 day sleepover at Nana's and then her Dad's,
I did manage to completely overhaul the Comp desk which was threatening to buckle under the strain of the weight of the junk on it and I hoovered the vents of the tower thingy so it won't overheat quite so quickly - my, they were mucky. I also cleaned a couple of minging parts of the bathroom - yuck

I lost my fags, made a geletine mix for a flan case and forgot I was doing it so it went all lumpy in the pan and I forgot to have lunch

So all in all not a horrible day but one that I won't want to repeat in a hurry!!

Off to hoover the stairs now as you can't see the carpet for dog hairs lol

Happy Birthday to Natty - hope its a good one
Hugs to all who need or want one

OMG I really can't believe this is me! Last night picked up DD2 from her club at 8pm and it was really cold and had been snowing. My usual response would be to get a cup of tea and snuggle up in bed, but instead I went and continued clearing my bedroom! Then first thing this morning I got up, stripped the bed, washed it and have now just re-made the bed after hoovering it and just for luck doing the floor again! So finally,
a star for me please Toots!!!
I will confess to [STRIKE]chucking[/STRIKE] :D temporarily putting a couple of bags in the bottom of the wardrobe, but now being a flylady I know that once I fully get to grips with it all, they will be sorted soonest (and not like the stuff I previously put under my bed, that weren't seen again for a couple of years!)

Haven't kept up with the thread today, but I know yesterday LadyL and hellsbells needed hugs, hope you've both had better days today:) And sexymouse, get well soon x

Another good thing is today I had a 2 and a half lb loss at SW :D
Good luck to toochoosey for tonight and juniorj hope you jump back on the SW bandwagon soon. And well done to everyone else who is choosing some healthy lifestyle changes in both diet and exercise.

Hey ho, off to finish the kitchen so I can get level 3 there as well, my my won't my neighbours be surprised when they come in to get the water for the rabbit & gp this weekend. :)

FFP well done to Dean - and hope BiL is ok - half term will soon be past so dont get too stressed - get them roped in to help in the house with the promise of a good dvd for everybody or something like that that doesnt involve loads of money or going out and you can all relax together??

FFP I thought the Afghan would have been finished by now - stop slacking woman:rotfl:(says she who has things on pins from waaaaaaaaaay back then:o)

Thanks Toots. Dean was a great help to me today. I have been asking OH to get all the boxes down off the wardrobes in my room for weeks:mad:, so Dean did it today. I sorted through them all and managed to reduce 8 big boxes to 3 and got the christmas tree and decs along with them put in the cupboard under the stairs, so I'm well chuffed. I found 12 rolls of christmas wrapping paper, 10 unopened so have bagged them and put them under the stair too:o.
I had the afghan out the other day showing the nutty nurse so since it is now in sight I may well get started again:o. I found my CD rom today as well for charting your own pics so may do that one time;)
BIL still in hospital he needs to see the specialist as they still can't pinpoint what the cause is. He's OK though I spoke to him on the phone this morning and I'll call him later. Now there's a thing when did they start allowing you to use mobiles in hospital??????????
Just put the tv on upstairs (never put tv on of a daytime I don't) and OMG Paul Robinson was in neighbours (which I have not seen in about 11 years) it made me feel so old to see him looking so old!

I met him once horrid man!

Right I CBA cooking tonight so sent DS2 out for pizza so I'm off to have that then popcorn and a film with him and DD so I'll catch you all in the morning.
    I'm not a muggle...I'm just magically challenged

    Found my list

Use tesco vouchers as some are due to run out. Duh, some ran out!

I've had this before and I sent them back to Tesco Clubcard and they were not able to re-issue, but added the same amount of points back to my account. Don't know if they still do, but it's worth a try.
