Having a busy day but hopefully will have time to chill later. I want to watch Casualty from last night. All the rooms have had a S&S. One load of washing done. Cleaned some more of the living room carpet. Im off in the minute to put a new lampshade up in the bedroom. Its been nice and sunny so I went out for a 20 minute walk.

Soappie Hope you are not getting a cold.

Hugs for everyone specially Toots and Lady L.

well, 5 minute call to 02 and I've changed my tariff which will save me minimum £5 a month, not loads but if DH does the same that's £120 a year. Can't complain. My CC bill was also very low this month, which helps too.

    Extras
    1. Clean out pets.. make appointments for any vaccinations they need!!
    My extras which will stay on my list for about 7 weeks as they are big jobs for us/me to do;
    1. Make a start on the bedroom cupboards - this will be on here for some time as there are now down to 3 big cupboards and they are full of tat so its 1 cupboard a week
    2. Major declutter in the kitchen cupboards to make room for the stuff on top of the freezer and for the Wok which we can't buy until there is room to put it somewhere and that drives DH mad

    Hi all
Just been trying to catch up on the thread, but only managed to skim-read it. Thanks very much for your good wishes and hugs for my mum - her appointment is actually tomorrow at 9.50am so I wondered if I could ask for the positive vibes to go a bit longer?

Here's what I've been up to (if it's gone, it's done!)

Monday~ Living room/family room or other reception room! (Done, star already awarded, thanks Toots!)
    Level One
    Level Two
    Level Three

Tuesday ~ Kitchen and Dining Mess
    Level One
    Shine that stinky sink
    Level Two
Clear out a cupboard.. The one with baking supplies or the one with pans and plastic boxes.. GO!! Or you could, if you have one, clear the pantry!
    Level Three

Wednesday ~ Master Bedroom & Landing
    Level 1
    Level 2
Vacuum mattress before replacing fresh linen
    Level 3
Vacuum floors in bedroom and on landing
Sort one area of clothes or linen storage making sure only what should be in there is, anything that's had it's day or doesn't belong there is removed

Thursday ~ Bathroom, Study and Stairs!
    Level One
    Vacuum/mop all these floors
    Level Two
    Wipe keyboard/monitor etc..
Check bath sealant/grout.. does it need replacing? If so either do it or arrange for it to be done
Needs doing, but not sure who or when. I'm refusing right now, as over the past 10 years I've changed the sealant at least half a dozen times. It's his turn now :p
    Level Three

Friday ~ Childrens Rooms, Spare rooms Or just neglected spaces!
    Level One
    Declutter and vacuum the floor!
    Level Two
Sort through a cupboard of clothing
    Level Three
    Tidy/straighten a bookcase/shelf unit
Wash any curtains/cushions etc that are in need

So, even though I don't think I'm actually doing anything things are being done. Have been busy today, too, catching up on bits and pieces. Have HHI to do in a short while - perhaps DS will go down for a nap in a bit and I can do it in peace! Have also got some sewing to do - hemming curtains and repairing a seam on the duvet cover.

Managed to get some baking done...bread rolls, jam tarts and fairy cakes. But, my lot being as they are, it doesn't look like they're going to last much longer....

Anyway, enjoy the rest of the day - it's quite gloomy here and looks like rain.
    Take care

Plan working well and I am pleased I have done so much this weekend and had a nice lazy chill out too!

Next week aiming to complete at least 3 rooms by Thursday instead of leaving them while the weekend

Think I'll put a little list together for next week of things to do and then seeif my holdiay confirmation comes through and start getting things ready for it eg walking books, maps to print off, sort out a meal plan and things to make to take etc and start washing some walking gear

Right better go and finish lunch off then hope for a good match
