  • Thanks Brizzle I will have a look at my signature and see how I can put the figures in. There might not be enough room to separate every CC debt

Yesterday I posted that I had £29.84 left to find to pay off Choice, well the sale on ebay netted me £19.95 after all costs :D which now leaves £9.89 to find. It would be great if I could pay this off by Friday, then I can concentrate on the next debt to pay off.

Went to the dentist today, no further work required, so only the £12 check up fee to pay.

  • Just withdrew £2 from the scratchcards money, still had the £10 I deposited in there, so just took out the £12. Thats another £2 to pay off choice leaving £7.89 to find.

  • Well done Welshsaver!

I listed all my bits (25) on ebay on thursday.....only one bid so far :( lots of watchers so fingers crossed.

This tip is no good for short term cash but I started using one poll (sorry cant post a link here but if your google it.....) its short surveys and I have been doing about 2 a night on average since December and have £9.55. Some are only worth 5p(!!!) others a bit more. Once you reach £40 they transfer to your account. I am also on their cash back site.....£6.00 in three weeks and havent actually brought anything. It all helps. I am still looking at the daily clicks thing and wondering about the bingo britain......dont like the though of gambling.....I have an addictive personality :rotfl:

  • Great tips Karen and Brizzle :D I am definitely going to check down the sofa, old coat pockets etc, plus the change jar, not much but it will all help. Good news as the postage on my ebay item didn't cost as much as I worked out. So another £1.95 better off. Only £5.94 left to find :j

  • Well done Karen on listing so many items, that must have taken you ages. I am sure you will sell a lot more. You have motivated me to list some more.

Good luck finding the other £5.94. Could you cut back a little on the weekly shop?? Drop a brand maybe?

  • Hi Welshsaver

5 things sold on ebay so far!!!! Still one day to go and all have watchers.:T

Did you manage to find the other £2.44??

    Karen
  • Hi Karen
You're doing well on the ebay so far, when you think about it that is 5 things just cluttering up the house. Fingers crossed that you sell even more. Let us know how you get on when your items end later.

I managed to find the £2.44 and more, had £2 coins x 2 in my change yesterday and the small change jar had an extra £1.76 in it, so thats an extra £5.76. Choice has now been paid off :j

I have been decorating this week, so haven't done much money making, but must get back on the case this week.

Today I have lots of washing and ironing to do, plus some more decorating and general housework. In between I will get together some more items to list on ebay. We went to a car boot sale yesterday just to look around, but it has made me think about doing one when the weather gets a bit better. I just get put off by the early start, but enjoy it once I am there selling stuff.
