You call the number on the leaflet (or find the cheaper one, I have put it in this thread somewhere or look on saynoto0870.com) and hope they answer.
If they answer you give them your postcode and they tell you if theres a salon in your area, if there is they ask you to post the voucher to them and the salon will call you back.
If they dont answer then you can leave a message but most people never get a return call so I personally would carry on trying.....

Mine arrived yesterday, they sent me classic make overs for one when I ordered the deluxe make overs for two people!
Would not usually complain as its free near enough, but only the make overs for 2 where available for use in Northern Ireland
SO looks like my nieces in Gloucestershire getting an unexpected treat instead of me !0 -
I phoned and left a message Tuesday for the family photo shoot, they have phoned me back this morning.
They have taken all the details and I should hear from the studio within the next 14 days to book a date.:j0 -
They have full instructions printed in them. I have not gone through the procedure as yet but I believe it happens like this;

Thought I'd add having experience of the hair cut voucher that the salon didn't call back they send a letter thanking you for entering their competition and inviting you to make an appointment for your free cut.
As I mentioned previously for me there was a 2 month lag between sending off voucher to HairGroup and contact in letter form from salon but hopefully it doesn't usually take this long.
I actually had my appt booked for 12 today (in my lunch hour) as this particular salon would only schedule an appt Mon - Wed before 3.30 (other Hairgroup salons may be different)
I had difficulty parking and when I did find a space the parking meter was out of order :mad: and to walk to the next was a 10 min walk so ended up cancelling the appointment and giving up as nearly time to go back to work! - Mon- Wed just isn't convienient for me anyway so while a nice thought for a birthday pressie from my OH we have concluded that it would have been far nicer if he had just brought me a voucher for my regular hairdressers.
I do have 2X 1.95 haircut vouchers that I ordered from the November buy a gift offer which had planned to give to my sis and mum but I won't do that now so they are going begging0
