Hi all, as my Pimms had lots of fruit in it can I count that as healthy and as part of my five a day
Well, it was a night out...... and ......... ummm Well, you know how these things are.
Really want to concentrate on upping the exercise. Walking I can do. Not got the confidence to tyre lever myself back inot a swimsuit yet. Has anyone tried the vibration plates? A friend of a friend is trying to sell one and I dont know what they're like. We only have a small flat so normally exercise equipment is a no no in the house for space.
Today:
Bfast - egg and quorn bacon
Lunch - chicken tikka salad
Tea - HM veggie lasagne
Sn - cashew nuts

I've not tried the vibration plates, but there's not much room for exercise here either. Not so long back I bought a set of resistance bands - three different sizes - in Asda. I haven't had the opportunity to try them out yet, but they were only a couple of quid if I remember rightly. They came with a sheet of exercises, take up next to no room and are the ultimate in portability
I keep these in a plastic storage crate under the bed together with a small set of weights that I bought in Argos years ago, two 1lb 'beanbag' weights that I made from rice and a piece of old cotton, a springy tummy trainer thing, a skipping rope, my yoga mat and a couple of other bits and pieces that I forget now. The crate does not take up much room at all, so I can't blame lack of exercise on lack of space. Apathy has a lot to answer forFreddie Starr Ate My Signature

Hi everyone, back from my trip to Scandinavia, the weather was good so I got out for a couple of walks in the evening and went to the gym once (in four nights). I think I did well while I was away but coming home was not so good and went to a party on Saturday, maybe I should have weighed myself on Friday! Put on a pound but as it is TOTM and I had a few drinks at the weekedn I am hoping most of it is water!:o

Very funny Ida :rotfl:...it actually sounds quite tasty!!!
Feeling so much more positive today…had a little ‘trying on’ session this morning…and I’m dangerously close to being able to squeeze into my size 14’s (and that’s despite my PMS bloat!!) ….happy, happy days.
Today
B – Porridge with water/skimmed milk tiny sprinkle brown sugar
S – whole grapefruit with a sprinkle of Canderel to sweeten
L – scrambled egg, grilled tomato & 4 Ryvita with a scraping of Flora
S – apple
D – Tuna, green salad, small portion pasta salad (still eating the leftovers from Saturdays BBQ – can’t stand waste)
I still haven’t managed to get my head around this whole exercise malarkey yet but from tomorrow I'll be here, there and everywhere with work and walking is likely to factor heavily… I’ve decided to make sure I’m always striding it out, no short cuts and to take the stairs not the lift when ever possible. Hi everyone
Can I join you lovely people please?
I have just started my weightloss campaign, as I weighed myself on Sunday night and I was horrified to say the least anyway I have 59lbs to lose. I have decided to weigh myself in 2 weeks time, as I find it negative for me to do it once a week. I have started running for 15 mins a day, and I will build it up to running for an hour eventually, but 15mins at the mo is plenty for me as I'm knackered at the end of it! I also walk 4 miles 3/4 times a week on the school run. I have decided to not eat diet food, but just eat normal full fat foods in much smaller quantities
Today I ate
B. Oats made with milk/water with 2 dates
S. 30g blue cheese with an apple
L. 1/4 lasagne with luttuce and dressing and 4 peanuts .
S. Greek yog 2 tbs with 2 dates
D. Half a chicken and ham kiev with 4 small new pots and 1 tbs of peas (have not eaten everything, will save if I get peckish later)
So so far I have been good today, let's hope I keep it up!0 -
Evening all.
Food today -
Breakfast - raspberry slice (half it was not nice) and one slice jam on toast
Lunch - one slice toast with beans
Snack - Small bag cadbury's biscuits
Dinner - scrambled omelette beans and salad
And, ermm, lots of cider! Emotional evening... spent at my friend's house where we were letting off chinese lanterns for the Angel babies (her best friend lost a baby at full term last week and I lost one at 23 weeks at christmas). I think I can be excused the cider, but not sure if weigh in tomorrow morning will be very positive!June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Oh ragz that sounds a lovely but sad evening, I think you can be excused the cider on this occasion.
I stuck almost to plan yesterday, but I substituted the Cauli Cheese at tea-time with a piece of haddock, salad & HM wedges. I never got round to making the CC!
Today:
B - Porridge with mixed berry compote
L - Toasted LF muffin topped with Sains TTD tinned cherry toms, some thin ham & salad. Small sliced banana with Cadbury's lite choc mousse.
D - Trying again for the Cauli Cheese with crispy bacon bits on top. SF jelly, raspberries & FF yogurt.
S - Satsumas and grapes as usual.
Have a good day everybody and a warm welcome to gigi123."If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0
