are you up for sending an email address to Lesley and she can invite you to the windows live workspace? We can pop them up there, and then link to them I think?
Also you'd be able to have a nose at the spreadsheets etc...?

The onion tart is the only one so far that I think is too much faff for a weeknight although I suspect that the steaming time for the bacon and onion pud is going to make it a bit of a monday to thursday nightmare.
Wow! What an excellent idea! A great way to eat free-range frugally :T:T:T
ISOM, I think you and me need to get up to that farm again
Fergie will be well up for chicken chasing in a few months:D
Good news on the evening meals front, thanks, I'll have a look at Aless and allegra's evening meal planners and see if the onion tart can move to the weekend.
I'd like to say something I've been meaning to post for a while:
I really like the way we are considering this planner so carefully for shirley, all the nutrition, how hard she's having to work and make that easire for her, getting her a kit list etc etc. I've seen quite a few thrifty food planners on the web, and I genuinely think that what we've achieved together here is so much more careful and thought-through than the ones I've seen so far. I don't mean that proudly, I think it is the result of having done it as a team.
If shirley ever read the backstory to her recipe book, I bet she'd feel really loved

Thanks, good thoughts as everSo 3/5ths of the recipe yields around 24 portions, so a whole batch might be 40 portions? How big are your bread slices shanks? I find we put less pate on HM bread cos the slices are smaller, so I wondered is yours a bigger sliced shop bought bread, or a smaller HM one...?
Interesting ex hates the idea of the curry. Was it the baked beanyness that is offputting?
Sorry to report that mine are SP slices of bread (hangs head in shame) so prob a good bit bigger than HM.
Yes its anyhing with beans in it he hated them as a child and wont even try things now even though i think he might like them. He will eat chilli con carne but takes out every bean before he starts eating so now i make it without and when the bean pate was made at least i knew it would be untouched when i went out so not all bad cause the pate was very nomnom but def not MSE as i think i would eat it too quickly as it is very moreish

Saturated fats:How much total saturated do we need? During the 1970s, researchers from Canada found that animals fed rapeseed oil and canola oil developed heart lesions. This problem was corrected when they added saturated fat to the animals diets. On the basis of this and other research, they ultimately determined that the diet should contain at least 25 percent of fat as saturated fat. Among the food fats that they tested, the one found to have the best proportion of saturated fat was lard, the very fat we are told to avoid under all circumstances!Any question, comment or opinion is not intended to be criticism of anyone else.2 Samuel 12:23 Romans 8:28 Psalm 30:5

Ok,
You may have gathered that I am trying to figure out the summary tool, on google docs...
It does not give me a link to the pretty pictures....
And I am not sure if this is the sort of info that you are looking for Weezl...
This, is a shamelss copy and paste from the summarise button done by googledocs... so virtually no more work for me
Let me know if is the sort of thing you are looking for ??
It may be easier to share you to edit, so that you can see for yourself, rather than copy and paste to here ??

Actually, on reflection, on how that lot looks on the thread, it is a bit intimidating eh ?
Too much data, too confusing, unless you know what you're after.

We had some leftovers last night, I don't want to waste them!
I have had a look at your list and I'd like to have a bash at this one if that's ok with everyone? Having become quite the leftover queen myself recently, this is the one I'd feel most confident doing.
I was just wondering if you had anything specific in mind Weezl? I was planning to gather and put together some general leftover tips but if you envisaged it differently please do say
