I know it's sooner that you all planned, but if you want to take advantage of my virgin kitchen and cupboard space, I'm collecting the keys on Wednesday and moving in that weekend so could use a shopping list and meals to cook from the weekend of the 27th/28th.

If not that's fine, but I'm only going to have internets access at the weekends (will be keeping a paper food diary for the challenge in the week) and so will only be able to start the meal plan on a weekend.

there you go art - a nice easy and low fat version. The celery does (i eventually discovered) make a huge difference to the flavor. I always add chick peas or lentils to my sou as find I get hungry soon otherwise. HTH. Let us know how you get on...oh yes would use tinned toms too!!
Good to see that weezl is making best of Kester time and that they are doing more bonding time and letting people look after them...

FrankieM - have had a look at the planner for fruit and sugar available

It is showing 160g oranges, 1200g bramleys, 320g lemons and 2820g granulated sugar

would add the caveat that definitive recipes are being added, so this may change

Artybear - are the recipes in your post #2854 the definitive versions do you know?

If they are, we can check that the right list of ingredients are what is entered on the spreadsheet.

We can do the dinners from the list Weezl gave us, but we don't have the list for breakfasts, lunches or snacks as yet. Or at least, I haven't seen it, anyone else got it? Anyone got copies of the meal planners for veggie and vegan?

Edit - aah, searching for the dinner list, I remembered that Weezl said she has already put in most of the dinners. Everything involving the apple needs checking.

And all the mustard quantities need checking

I have added the liver pate as Weezl requested.

I have also put a copy of my own meal planner in the Workspace, lots to do on it yet, but it looks like I can do it, in the way that we like to eat, for £1.50 pppd, which I would be really pleased with

Thanks Lesley I'll take a look at the recipes I found and let you know what amounts I would need, then we can decide if it's doable?

I noticed your meal plan. I'm really interested to see the finished result. Thanks for putting it on. :)

    Lesley,

Mealplan looks interesting. I like the sound of sweet potato and lentil soup for 36p. Would you mind sharing recipe?

    Thanks
