I found these two recipes on a quick look.

Also when I used ready brek in my biscuits I only used them to make up the weight if I did not quite have the right amount of oats. If there were no oats then I didn't make the biscuits but will have a go at the ones you posted last and the original one I said I would try on Monday and see what happens.

Quick detour round t'internet - to get the price of Tesco dried chickpeas (£0.79) - and I added that list up to £99.09.

So - little bit of "buried treasure" (ie money going spare) - of £0.91 - to reach that exact £100 figure.:)

I think I might do a little personal exercise for myself and see what my own "version" of that would cost later... - and could keep it as a "plan for ceridwen if in extremis"...

I've got all the figures here ceridwen so I'd be very up for coming up with an in extremis plan for you which would have enough of everything in it, no probs. Just tell me your requirements for it and I'll do it :)

Just a quick question, whilst your on line Weezl....

I have done some of the surveys, and the results
Do you want links side by side for both... or do you want the results in a separate list ?

    eg
Carrot cake survey .....................carrot cake survey results
weetabix cake survey .................weetabix cake survey reults
    ect

    or

    carrot cake survey
    weetabix cake survey
    ect

    carrot cake survey results
    weetabix cake survey results

I know its a bit of niffnaff and trivia that you dont need :o
But I thought if its set up the easiest way for all to find, then its easy for you to copy and paste, iykwim :o
    Ta

eeek I'm so sorry if I haven't said this before, but we've had to completely axe the pluspints dried milk as asda have discontinued it :( the hot oaty cereal is the new inclusion to keep the family having sufficient calcium.

there is a litle fresh milk for tea, perhaps shirley will spare some of that for the pasta? :)

The vegan planner uses cornmeal (amongst other things) to achieve this.

Sorry I sometimes forget you can't all see me here, beavering away, checking lists sheets and supermarkets... :)

Sorry, I remember now that we had to lose the pluspints. I was having a stupid moment. Water and herbs it is then.

    Smashing :D
It's taking way longer than I thought it would :(
But initially, I was still trying to work out stuff.
I really need to crack it by today, as I dont know how much I will be able to do during the week...
I have redone 7, out of 16... so a wee bit to go.
The consolation is the ones I have done, are the ones with more data in them... so the next few will hopefully be easier :D

potty please don't put yourself under pressure to do this immediately. We have lots of time to do this and others are very willing to help you, is there anything we can do?

I'm sorry that lots of this burden has fallen onto your capable shoulders, but we don't want to exhaust you!

I really appreciate your generosity with your time.

The huge charitability of so many of you reading and participating is very inspirational :A

C I think I've misunderstood you completely:o, you seem to have doubled the price of your meal planner and made it so you have to eat 3 times as much porridge, but still chosen an enriched product? No hang on that can't be right. reads it again...

I'm scratching my head here m'lovely! Sorry say again what you're thinking of doing?

    Ummm.....errr...I'm confuzzled myself now....

Errr...'tis just my personal little wonderings chez ceridwen - feel free to ignore me:)

I'm just wondering from my own personal POV - and I feel happier personally with enriched rice milk than with ReadyBrek (call me illogical if yer like:)) and I'd still think I was "quids in" even if the price of my own personal mealplanner was double Shirley and Bob's - 'twould still be a mind-bogglingly low £50 per month for just me and I would be WELL pleased/astonished by that myself personally:D.

You've just "caught me" about to sit down and write out your vegan list for myself - and put my own slightly amended list by the side and have a think-round that chez ceridwen. I would be quite happy in principle with a vegan diet myself - I just dont trust soya products (G.M.) - and so had just totally given up hope of ever eating a vegan plan and telling myself I'm doing pretty well having a vegetarian one. However - I see that there arent any soya products anyway in this one - hence my thinking "ceridwen - this could be summat to base one for yourself personally on" IYSWIM:D

I'm not thinking of playing-around with any of the threads mealplans - just having thoughts of my own:D

Its okay - I'll just go off into a little world of my own and have some personal pondering:cool::D

.....walks off muttering to self "Now what was that nutrient vegans have to make sure they get enough of? Vitamin B12 isnt it?"

....and I've just spotted this post by you our weezl.

That is a very generous offer of yours our Weezl:D:T:A

....ummm.....thinks: "maybe I wouldnt feel guilty about taking any of our Weezl's time personally - if it got shared with everyone else who wanted it too?"

I'll think about that one - and come back to you apres deliberations chez ceridwen.

Sorry Weezl, I didn't mean to make to feel bad :o
I am quite happy just faffing about on the computer, so its not really a chore to be honest ;):rotfl:

Unfortuately, the first site doesn't allow me to share the responses, so only I can see it :(
Once this is done on googledocs, it will be much better, and easier to manage, and have others help :)
