Welcome all newbies. I really really need to clean my messy house for the DS's party tomorrow but I just have no motivation. I would love nothing better than to pop open a bottle of wine and stay on here with you all. Will have to see.

10days, thanks for posting my favourite band of all time, how did you know? It has inspired me to put their music on and I am currently listening to my all time favourite 'wish you were here'. Saw them in concert in 1994 in Canada and it was hands down the best concert I'v ever been to. They don't make em like that any more!! sorry everyone little diversion from transfer test stuff

right...i have been following this from day 1...i have never joined in....until now....you won't believe this...WE GOT OUR ACCEPTANCE LETTER TODAY!!!! bangor grammar was our first choice as we already have a son
attending. my son got 104 and we were not overly confident...we are over the moon!!!
i have spoken to one other mother and it was also their first choice. her son got 108 and they haven't received anything today. i think we just got lucky with the post!
good luck to everyone awaiting the letter tomorrow...may the post come early and the reply be positive...
