Evening Bun.
Rictus' question was good...
At the end of the year I hope to be still debt free, to have replaced my OH's car and to have some savings. I'd also like to have done some more decorating and purchased some furniture (we have some furniture but still lots of boxes of stuff such as books as we have no bookshelves). So, my house is cleaner, more decorating is completed and when anyone drops in unexpectedly I don't go "aaargh".
Oh, and be Chartered in my own profession, and have either started a masters top-up course (I can top up my professional studies) or be about to start it.Debt at highest: £8k. Debt Free 31/12/2009. Original MFD May 2036, MF Dec 2018.0 -

Claire, have you looked into a warm front grant? As you're disabled and on benefits you could be eligible for help with a new boiler and things.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

See Kayleigh, I don't think I'd want a house of my own. It's good not having to worry about boilers breaking down or leaking roofs. But then I suppose my idea of mortgages is skewed by seeing so many SOA's on here where owning a house is just a money drain. All irrelevant though since I'll never be in a position to get a mortgage.
I'd love to have a decent sized kitchen with a few more cupboards though!
I just want somewhere more permanent, tbh. I want to stop moving, get everything unpacked and put away and put some pictures up. Every room I've had for the past three years just looks like a hotel room. I'm sick to death of cream walls.Kayleigh. I got hideous spots appear suddenly, to my horror being quite a bit older than you (always had some, but these were vile). When someone at work commented on them and my beautician mentioned that my skin wasn't looking great I went to the GP and he gave me a prescription facecream. I'm on month 3 now and it really has made a high difference - say 90% better. He told me it takes up to 6 months to work properly.
I just wanted to say if you are unhappy with your skin you can get stuff that works from the GP - I never found any clearasil type stuff anygood as a teen, I wish I went to the GP then!
I tried that when I was a early teenager (about 12/13) but it used to burn my skin. I'll have to look into it again at some point, maybe they do something milder now.
