Primani do great bra sets for £3 ........if you find out what size we need I could go and get one for her.

Spud, my DD wouldn't even take a t-shirt off in front of me growing up....1st time I saw her boobs was when she was giving birth.....

Ta hun. I 'think' she's measuring at a 38D, but not sure. As I said, she says her 36C is too big ?!?

DD is fine with me, just whipped her top off, but theres no way she'd go in a shop :o

Spud did she measure without bra on..best to do it if possible and make sure the tape doesnt go down at back.

going from those measurements she should fit a 38a

'You measure around your back and find a measurement of 30 inches. This is an even number so you add four inches to find a band size of 34. You measure around your bust and find a measurement of 36 inches. Your bust size is two inches larger than your band size, so you are a C cup. When you next shop for a bra you look for one labelled '34C'. It fits wonderfully. You are happy'.

This is taken from a guide on the web. By this calculation she should be a 38A. With this in mind maybe take her yourself and avoid any helpful ladies. Bearing in mind her age, the last sentence of the quote may not apply!

right so those measurements must be wrong then...do it without bra on and measure where the band would sit even if you have to lift boobs (not saying she should but I certainly would have to iykwim)

then measure the fullest bit, make sure the tape measure is level all the way around

  • Just go to somewhere with a changing room (Matalan is good), get a few bras of different sizes that are on hangers, not in boxes, and a nice top, go in the changing room together, have her try on the bras, buy the one that fits and put everything else back. Works for me. I now have some lovely bras that fit well and I think the last time I got measured was at her age.

Can i throw this off and ask what everyone hopes to achive by the end of the year? Debt free and get some savings for me, be happier in general...and enjoy my night out more(drink before i go out so the night out is cheaper therefore i can afford more :D )
    Anyone else?

    Pay off debt
    Get eyes lasered
    Bathroom done
    New boiler
    Kitchen done
holiday booked for 2 months in New Zealand
2 week course on housing development

This all relies on me getting another job, spending some redundancy money and putting the rest in the bank. All my balls need to line up (if you'll pardon the expression!)

If it works it will be good.
