Hi. I'm back.
Who was that terrible singer on dancing on ice?0 -
Whilst clearing out clutter in kitchen I found a box from when I left an old job. I knew it had paperwork in it but found I also had a load of textbooks in it. I've listed about 6 on Amazon. Fingers crossed some of them will sell. Amazon takes more money than ebay, I think, and the fact you never know when it will sell is a bit more complicated, but it is a nice surprise to come home to an email saying "rush and pack a book ready for posting... oh and you made some money".
As it costs me 50p to park near the post office closest to my work and it is difficult to get there and back in a 30 min lunchbreak (our hours are fixed) I won't sell books that go for around £3, as I figure once I've paid the jiffy bag/packaging costs, plus parking and gone without a lunchbreak/faced the wrath of my boss for being late back, better to donate to charity.
Fingers crossed for some more post office trips soonDebt at highest: £8k. Debt Free 31/12/2009. Original MFD May 2036, MF Dec 2018.0 -
