    Snaggs, what happened :eek::eek::eek::eek:

    He's apologised for messing me about over this weekend, he's explained why he hasn't been in touch as much, I've explained why it made me feel crap, we've talked a lot and neither of us want to end the friendship, I feel bloody miserable without him, and whilst he didn't exactly say so I know he felt the same, because he told me how much he enjoyed being with me (for the first time ever).

    I don't know if I'm doing the right thing, but he's not another Shrek, he's actually a genuinely lovely person (which I hope you will see one day - he would have come next weekend except that he has a match, and no-one to look after the kids), and he pretty much said what Zed says - never attribute anything to malice that can be adequately explained by stupidity. I believe now that he hasn't been trying to hurt me, he's just been shoving his head in the sand because he couldn't cope with what life was throwing at him. So I am cautiously forgiving him, and hoping he will be a little more considerate. Who knows...

    Snaggs - Just watch out for yourself please :cool:

    I can't understand why a bloke who has such relationship and friendship issues was/is on dating sites.....I think he needs to get himself sorted out before he hurts more people.

    ah right, I see. Is it like a DFW meet then, do people already kind of know each other, or is it literally random people turning up to a bar/hotel?

    Unlike DFW at POF meetings you have seen pictures of some of the people, particularly those organising it. You get to see whether they look as strange as their pictures, or even more creepy.....or as P said to me. 'I thought you were quite a plain jane from your photo's'

    You know we love you and worry about you ;)

    As long as he realises he'll have us lot to answer to if he hurts you. Shame he cant make it next week. We could've checked him out :D
