I thought Santa Ponsa was rather grotty, but it was a good few years ago we were there now, and they were in the process of doing it up, loads of bars and discos though, wasnt keen on the beach either, seemed dirty to me. Sorry BB:o:rotfl:

That was how the legislation was drafted. A kind of incentive for all students to live together or all working people to live together. Not sure whether he pays 3/4 as the owner or none at all but the rest of you should be paying none at all.

(I gave a lecture on it in 1994!)

I will Pooky, thanks. Although I'm very attracted to him, I don't see us being together, I think we will just be friends, but he is (usually) a lovely friend to have.

You are right about the possibility of him hurting other people though - it does bother me and it's something I will talk to him about eventually.

Well, technically it's his dad's, whose a property developer and doing it up for the Olympics. So I'll have to move again in 2012. That's if the world doesn't end, of course. :rotfl:

I'm following a lovely story on a forum called Cruise Critic....a Spanish fisherman pulled up his nets and found a digital camera in them. It was badly corroded but he managed to dry the SD card out and it contains pics of a British couples cruise on QM2, and visit to NYC and Washington.He has contacted a Spanish newspaper,and several folk are trying to help him track them down.
Jinky-I've never stayed in SP (we sleep on the boat) so you could be right, and lots of beaches are a bit manky/sewage smelling...

Bunny - I've messaged all your party attendees - as a thought, shall I split the cheese board down into individual cheeses, as people might be happier to spend £3 on a piece of cheese than worry about the cost of buying several pieces?
