Not sure about your wifi problem but what do you think of the phone compared to your iPhone?

It's a lot different, seems a lot more business like than the iPhone. Makes the iPhone look like a toy in all honesty.

But it is lovely, very light and takes a bit of getting used to but it's really good!

I've got the BB 8900 which is quite similar to the 9700 (apart from no 3g) and I notice that the 3GS screen looks quite grainy compared with the ultra sharp screen on the BB. Considering that the 3GS has more or less the same screen resolution as the BB I don't know why they could not have given the 3GS a decent screen resolution such as 800x480. This would easily be possible considering how big the 3GS screen is.

Thanks lufcgirl, I think I'll go for the Blackberry unless MWC comes up with something next week. Now if I could get a deal like yours... :D

I've got the phone and absolutely love it, even texting is easy now after me complaining it takes ages yesterday!

One thing that bugs me though is wi-fi on it. It connects, but then immediately after my phone is in sleep mode again, it disconnects and doesn't automatically reconnect so I have to manually do it. Is there anyway to get it to stay on all the time? Is your phone set u to ' mobile network preferred' or 'wi-fi preferred' ? if its mobile try changing it to wi-fi and see if it makes any d ifference.
