i just bought this screen in the US... with various coupons available online. Carried it back in hand luggage (stand in the case).

    Cost ... $215 delivered.

Still the UK deal above is a good one.

    My 2001FP (20" non-widescreen) orginally cost me £380.
    My 2401FP (24" widescreen) was £590.
Handler - I'm going to the US next week. How can I get one of these that cheap?

It is a fact that Dell are reducing their prices in order to increase turnover, too much is sticking to the shelves, the 1st week in August should see further decent price reductions across the whole range…This was made public on the BBC finance & business news:T .

hmm... so i should be able to get this cheaper if i wait til august... does they mean they are being sneaky having these reductions end on 2nd august and then just reducing more? i hope this pays off!

Up to £328.71, and it's still the 26th July...just :-( Gonna wait to see if it drops again, if so I'll probably get one. Been after a new monitor to replace my 17" CRT for ages.
