Thanks Richard, I was a bit confused when LR said it was complete. That sounded a bit vague to me, so I'm hoping they mean it's all ok and the new title information is being sent.0

Can anybody help?
I was just about to exchange on a property and the solicitor knew it was un registered and was going to register on completion. However when she got the os map from the land reg it did not ma
tch the property exactly and the basement of the property had already been registered. She said that the vendors have to get the property registered and this could take up to 2 week. Is this realistic? We are out of our rented property in 2 weeks. Any help and advice would be much appreciated
