Fang youve no idea and I dont have to justify myself to the likes of you!...I can well do without idiots like you making judgements about something you know very little about.. you obviously have very little "life" experience and are very naive.....We dont intend to leave her with nothing...try reading the posts properly...

looking at your previous posts it looks like you have a tendancy towards winding people up with your ridiculous opinions and suggestions....

QUOTE">>>>>>You are one of those people - very opinionated but with very little experience of practicalities

You have little care about whether you upset people and don't stop even when they have pointed out the fact you are upsetting them.

I'm afraid Fang that you are the second person I have ever had to put on ignore in the time I've been on this board because I just can't bear to read your utter trash which appears to have the intension of upsetting people.

I note your oily obsequiousness when you want an answer to your problems though.>>>>>

we went to the police today!

fed up with getting nowhere with the solicitor who is basically treating us like a money tree with no proper results we decided to give the "old bill" a try to test the water.....they were VERY interested and are starting an investigation but say that we may not get anywhere as the wonderful CPS may not think that procecuting the TB is "in the public interest"...amazing...never mind whats in our "interest" then???!!

Hi. You need to take this one day at a time but also to be aware that even if the CPS do not think it in the public interest, you might. One of my relatives successfully staged a major private criminal prosecution, without a lot of help and won.

Not well educated at all but ended up on the front pages and on the major news broadcasts.
Police gave us pointers as to what executor nephew can do to help and ease the financial burden on my sister and i by making certain enquiries but he states that as a school teacher he is too busy at the moment to help....

Actually he may be very busy at this time of year. You both need to smile, and remind him that the long summer break is due soon.:D And that you are quite happy to do the paperwork if he signs the letters.
so we now have to wait to see what the Police are prepared to do with the TB.

Hopefully they will interview the wife, the solicitor and the IFA and that will put the wind up them all.
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing

So sorry about your loss. Can your house insurance not help with the legal fees ?

  • thanks for the suggestion dawnybabes but i have already contacted them about that and they say im not covered as it is in the "exclusions"......

we are now waiting for the executor nephew to obtain medical opinion letters from the GP and specialist at the centre where Dad was tested...this will make or break our case if they are too specific, the Police are also continuing with their "enquires" and said that they contacted the CPN who was overseeibng dads case and he said (over the phone) that Dads capacity was "waivering" ,which is all we need...this idiot didnt deal with dad on a daily basis and we are hoping the GP who first rang the alarm bells in 2004 will be more positive as to Dads ability to make a new Will.

However,as always if we get the 2008 Will kicked out because of Dads incapacity and revert back to the old one of 1998,the TBs solicitors have now said that she is likely to make a claim that she "wasnt sufficiently provided for" under the terms of the 1998 Will (She was left the house, worth £300k and £50k cash) so at the moment it looks like whatever way we turn we cant win!

So we wait to hear what the GP and specialist have to say in response to the Executors letters ....it will be sink or swim from then on......
