In your case, personally I would ask the FOS to do this for you, but of course it is up to you.;)

update:FOS not been intouch for a week.james and beckett sent letter for witness statement and has been signed and returned so hopefully 3rd time lucky!

damn cheek!MG financial have phoned me on friday to ask if there was any more claims they would like me to let them start.i told them that i wouldnt give them another case as the ppi has taken them long enough!

well the FOS says they cant help me as the case is out of their durastiction.not happy. james and beckett now have the consent forms so hopefully they mite actually get sumwhere this time

well i have e-mailed james and beckett on the 8th march and they havent responded.obviously cant work with new technology!!

after still being fobbed off i decided to caontact ministry of justice and they told me to write to james and beckett stating that my claim should have been settled by now. MOJ are not happy with them!!

not being the sharpest tool in the box when it comes to these things , i put a claim in against welcome car finance for missold ppi , but stupidly went through the claims guys , but that was last october , not heard a thing from them , contacted them a few times , but no news! question i have is ,am i legally bound to see the claim through with them , or can i attempt it myself , and if so , would i still be liable to pay them their ridiculous fee in any case? after 12 months i am a bit miffed!
