sooooooooooo not happy.just phone james and beckett for an update and they have never heard of me!!!

i had to chase both companies to get information.M and G have sent james and beckett a nasty email.ministry of justice told me irisco have ceased trading.

I would contact MOJ on this to be honest and see what they have to say, if you have not done so yet.

unfortunayely the MOJ has not been much help.they told me that irisco have ceased trading when all theyve done is change their names.i still havent heard from the solicitors and i think its about time i took it to the FOS.can anyone help me to explain all this to them?im at the end of my tether with them.thanks for any help.

Hi hun

With what Marshallka have advised I think that is a good idea.
Make a complaint about them through the law society and ring the FOS first tell them your situation, and tell them your not getting anywhere with this claim and do not wish to continue to do with that company after receiving some advice.
Ask them if they are willing to take this on for you.

hi there.the FOS have said that they will be intouch soon with more details and that i can complin to the company directly or let the FOS do it themselves.any suggestions
