Free Album download on Tunechecker?

I didn't get an order confirmation screen or email so I guess mine hasn't gone through.

I have finally reached the "confirm" download page, but then it just goes blank. No confirmation email.

Managed to actually order something, 36 hours on, but the site is so flakey - no excuse for a "professional" service. No way in hell I'd ever order something that cost real money from this outfit - what a PR disaster!

Like everyone else, I tried practically all day yesterday to get the album.

I managed to complete the order at 9am today, and had an email confirmation, I won't download it until the servers have come back up properly.

I think they should have done testing on the server, or perhaps even let people order, and download later. I can't believe TT didn't think they would have a problem. The only thing is now they have probably alienated a lot of new customers. What a PR faux pas!!

I've got the furthest than ever before lol. Can sign up, but after that the page doesn't load :S

EDIT 2: Site won't load at all now, usual error.

EDIT 3: I've just seen, they have a blog http://tunetribenewsletter.blogspot.com/ yet nothing has been posted on that! This takes the mick.

Sadly can only get to the registration page and then nothing... Decided to see what people were saying and found `some` comments here with people complaining though so I guess I`m not the only one.

I think I've found why I got the "voucher not eligable" it's not all tracks - only certain ones.....

I tried to buy Sunset Sessions @ 4.99 and it doesn't want to know.....looked at Page 5 of this thread and thats not on the list....
