Free Album download on Tunechecker?

It appears to be a little hit and miss with the chances of getting a link that works, I’ve just managed to get 5 ‘good’ quick timed links in a row which was enough to secure my album… It’s been a long 23 hours… Good Luck.

finally got through and obtained an album. Site wont let me download it, as it keeps crashing, but they have sent an email through which I can access it at a later date, so I think I will wait until the site is less busy!:j

Truly terrible PR exercise this - after a good hour of trying on and off for the past day I have my album in my order history and have twice tried to download with no success. Now daren't try a 3rd time or I'll lose it as you're only allowed to download 3 times! Although the albums are reasonably priced I just don't think it's worth the faff to save a quid or so!

When Sky Songs started they had a similar offer and their site was down for a while (although nothing like as bad as this). I think unfortunately MSE is just too popular a vehicle to publicise an offer like this - most web sites can't cope with the resultant deluge of hits. Retailers and MSE should wise up to avoid wasting everybodys time and frustrating and alienating customers.
