  • Confused now ..... I managed to download the album but only 3 of the songs are in there. I have downloaded a couple of times now but can only get first 3 songs. hmmm and grrrr

  • Got 8 of the songs now. I think I'll leave it for a bit as the album shows up in my orer history and I can probably download again when traffic is quieter. So I did get a free one! :) keep trying!

    The second their servers went down they should have started a ticketing system. You go to a page, enter your email address, and then they ask you to come back later for the content. Having thousands of people trying to access multiple pages just amplifies the problem and makes the downtime linger on. I imagine this is costing them a fortune in sales.

    Sure do...Remember my brother in law having screaming fits on the phone...And attending a demo at Hoovers' offices...lol...:laugh:

  • Yea, I'm in and it's working like a normal website (cue deluge of requests on the poor site). Except the download didn't work but I'm going to wait until it all settles down before trying that again as the order confirmation email states you can re-download "up to 3 times for most products".

    Thanks tons to MSE & TuneTribe. It's been a painful experience for many, but I think TuneTribe & their techies have probably suffered more than any of us.
