Free Album download on Tunechecker?

Hmmm, I think their software is on a wonk.

I've just tried again and I got:

502 Proxy Error

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /home;jsessionid=12fnp2zy9p130.morrisonone.
Reason: Error reading from remote server
Apache/2.2.11 (Debian) mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.8g Server at www.tunetribe.com Port 80

Now, the thing that concerns me is the "morrisonone" bit in the above error - has it tried to connect me to someone else's session?

Patience is a virtue ??? How about be prepared !

If your gonna advertise 10,000 (now15,000) free albums on a website like this ... and give a specific time to download, then have and test the server capacity to deal with it !

Tunetribe - Very poor !

If this were a website not linked with MSE it would be slated on here !

8 1/2 hrs and still getting 502 Error .. just like everyone else ! Is it really worth the pain.

I've managed to register, finally got email link to confirm membership, got an album in my basket, entered code, got to checkout then keep getting proxy error 502 page.
Maybe they could have allocated free download timeslots to the first 15,000 people to register and enter the code, a bit like the next sale VIP slots system?
