It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
  • I was thinking taht too Linda!

Hmm, watch embarrassing bodes for the second time, and straight away there's a penis operation on screen. I really don't think I dare watch it again!
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

just need to loose an inch or 2 or a few lbs,

what diet would you all recommend to someone who is hopeless dieting, i'm eating more chicken wings for my supper, my problem is as well i don't eat breakfast often and i eat at the wrong times too

I would recommend you don't diet, you do eat breakfast even if its just a banana or something and you focus on eating when you are hungry and stopping when you are satisfied. Infact if you're not hungry at breakfast take the banana with you!

Diets don't work. They tell your body that it is going into a period of food shortages so it had better hang on to its fat reserves and burn its lean tissue. You end up worse than at the start.

El - yep - he messaged me, and after thinking it over I decided to reply, but now apparently I am the one in the wrong, my crystal ball should have told me he was busy and stressed with work, I have hurt him by suggesting he might be playing games, and he can't see how I have possibly come to that ridiculous concusion.

Oh, and I also shouldn't mind the fact that I always have to initiate conversations and dates, because he's not a good communicator (even though he was at the beginning when there was something he wanted from me).

I shed a few tears, told him exactly what I thought of him, and deleted his messages.

He has also FINALLY told me he doesn't need me to babysit this weekend. LIke I was going to anyway. Nob. :rotfl:
